Best Western Plus Elixir Grasse

Had a great time! The pool area offered a perfect chill spot after exploring Grasse, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Just felt the room was a bit on the smaller side for my liking. A solid experience!

The location was particularly good - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in standard twin room where the kettle is situated.

The outdoor pool area provided a perfect spot to relax after exploring the beautiful town of Grasse, offering fine views and a tranquil atmosphere.

The breakfast options were quite limited on our first day due to a large group, and we were disappointed when some food items were not replenished in time.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and were patient with my attempts to speak French. The rooms were clean and a reasonable size. The buffet breakfast was well stocked with all options.

My room was very hot compared to others.

the double room is nicely decorated with the tv on, the kettle and balcony. its location is magnificent, adjacent to the historic centre of grasse, convenient for the south coast and in particular cannes and the many restaurants there.

It was a very nice touch that they left the little backpack with some energy bars and water and brochures for the city exploration.

The hotel was clean and the meals were excellent.

Although listed as having AC we were told that it has never worked properly. We have stayed at Mercure hotels previously and this hotel did not measure up well in comparison to the others. The pool area requires cleaning and updating.

Inadequate lighting in rooms!!! Noise from common areas detracted from relaxation!!! Gym equipment frequently out of service!!!

I didnt think it was a 4 star hotel. The building is very old and noisy, the walls rather thin. Wooden floors which you can hear those above you. I didnt feel that a pool, a couple of bathrobes and a lick of paint with some pretty furniture classified 4 star. I felt disappointed and let down. Am glad we upgraded ourselves to a Privileged room.
